Depending on the case, we offer an hourly rate or a flat rate. Our team keep detailed logs of the time they spend on your project, counting in 30 minute increments. Work logs will be disclosed to all clients upon their receipt of the final invoice. We only work for as long as a project requires, so you’ll never be overbilled for unproductive time. Depending on the project, we may ask for a nominal upfront deposit to cover the cost of material.
